MLMIC's Annual Report is published every year and distributed to policyholders early in May. The document is also available for distribution to prospective policyholders who wish to find out about the types of coverage MLMIC provides, its business structure and operations, membership and management, and summary financial information. In this year's President's Report, Dr. Menotti notes our request to Governor Paterson for relief from the Medical Malpractice Insurance Pool (MMIP) deficit, as well as our commitment to tort reform.
