    This is MLMIC’s New York State Department of Financial Services Regulation 124-approved Proactive Risk Management Follow-Up Program VIII. Physicians who attend Session A and complete the second online component may be eligible to receive a premium discount, additional CME credit, MOC credit (if applicable), and qualify for participation in the excess medical malpractice insurance program. The premium discount is good for two successive policy years and will begin in the policy year following the one in which the physician completes the program.

    The Risk Management Seminar is designed for physicians of all specialties.
    There is no charge to attend; however, space is limited.

    MLMIC is accredited by the Medical Society of the State of New York to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

    MLMIC designates this live activity for a maximum of 3.75 (Session A)/3.0 (Session B) AMA PRA Category 1 CME Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the program.

    This program is available online. Policyholders can complete the course by logging into their account at MLMIC.com. Written invitation letters and instructions for this online course are also being mailed and emailed to all physicians that are eligible to participate in this program.
