Common Claims Against Dentists

This lecture will present the most common professional liability claims in dentistry and offer strategies to mitigate those risks. Al Mercado, Esq,. will provide insights on current trends in dental malpractice litigation and discuss case studies involving procedures such as root canals and dental implants.

In addition to discussing how to protect your practice from clinical risks, the presentation will educate you on the pros and cons of using social media and how to avoid potential issues involving web communication. This lecture will also touch upon current pandemic liability concerns which may affect the practice of dentistry.
