Case Study: Delay in Diagnosis and Treatment of a Retroperitoneal Sarcoma

A 65-year-old patient complained of left-sided abdominal pain for several years. In 2016, the patient underwent a CT scan, and a MLMIC-insured radiologist found no significant findings.
